We’re doing it. It was a long road to get things started…and I’m not talking about remodeling. That part was actually faster than it should have been. But I’m talking about the shift.
We saw the changes coming in the Real Estate market and it was something that felt  coincidental or serendipitous…definitely not some major plan mapped out or strategized. We made sales, we emptied our inventory and sighed a sense of relief. But we felt what was coming.

And we were right. 

Flipping houses wasn’t going to be easy moving forward (thanks to interest rate hikes and the ripple effects it would bring to buying low and selling high).

 We needed to shift. 

So here we are; arriving and ‘all-in’ after 10 years into this business venture we created.. We had a presence but it was an afterthought (FB/IG/laughable website). We were focused on everything but our digital footprint and all the things that make sense now were so distant and always “ just so close to starting that next phase” as we fought and clawed towards the finish line of every remodel we had going. 

So for now the shift looks like a natural progression from where we’ve been. Reflecting on 10 years of lessons, headaches, hold-your-breath-and-pray moments, excitement, anticipation and all the kaleidoscope of emotions we’ve felt – we shift. 

Just like the past 10 years…we’re dedicated to making beautiful spaces – but now that looks like: inspiring and assisting others who haven’t experienced as much in the home renovation world as we have, saving frustration, time, and money on their home renovation projects. One of our biggest goals through sharing and teaching others home renovation, is to do it with a humble spirit, admitting that while we don’t know everything, even if something we share with you saves you one headache, one minute, or one dollar, our efforts have not been wasted. Truly.
